Ck51 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the CK51 platform, including its website and mobile app. CK51 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select other countries.

By accessing ck51 or creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are voluntarily agreeing to these terms.
• Online betting is legal for you under the laws of your country.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from CK51.

2.1 Registration

Accurate and complete information must be provided when registering on ck51. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. CK51 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All members must complete identity verification before making a withdrawal. Required documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie clearly showing your NID.
• Bank or mobile banking statement, if required.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact CK51 Support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on ck51 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. CK51 allows up to 48 hours to process withdrawals, though most are completed within 5–30 minutes.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on ck51 are conducted in BDT. For any transactions involving foreign currencies, ck51's designated exchange rate will apply.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, ck51 may temporarily place it on hold and request additional verification. Complying with anti-money laundering regulations is a legal obligation for ck51.

All bonuses and promotions on ck51 are governed by the general terms below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To qualify, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required, and a 15x wagering requirement must be met.

4.2 Understanding Wagering Requirements

For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement can be fulfilled through any eligible bet.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus balance are capped at ৳5,000.
• If you wish to decline a bonus, you must notify us before making a deposit.

4.3 CK51's Right to Modify the Bonus Program

Ck51 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, without prior notice.

All betting activities on ck51 follow internationally recognised standards. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant sport's rules before placing a bet.

5.1 Bet Acceptance Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed during a technical error may be considered void.
• Ck51 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, the full stake for any related bet will be refunded. Bets on events that start more than 12 hours after the scheduled time may be voided.

5.3 Cash Out Rules

The Cash Out feature is available on selected events and under specific conditions. ck51 reserves the right to suspend the Cash Out feature at any time. All Cash Out values offered are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CK51. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event, whether directly or through a third party.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to generate risk-free profits by placing bets across multiple platforms.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Fraudulent Payments: Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Bots or Automated Software: Automated betting without human interaction.
• Money Laundering: Using CK51 for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.

Ck51 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).
• At your own request.

7.1 How to Close Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all available balance before doing so. Contact our support team via live chat or email.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts.

Ck51 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with your own device.
• Failure of third-party services.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Under no circumstances shall CK51's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• 256-bit SSL encryption is used.
